Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Triple S Construction LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Triple S Construction LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MT law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MT for any related dispute.
